This notice explains how we handle information you send through the Dirtymouth enquiry and application forms.
What the forms collect
The forms ask for your name and email address. We also save the type of request, submission time, page, reference number, and your agreement that we may use the information to review and respond to it.
A request for information can include an optional company name and message. If you request a call, you can include preferred times and your time zone. A chatter application includes your primary writing language, availability, relevant experience, and a message. Applicants also confirm that they are at least 18 and understand that the work involves adult fictional conversations.
Anything you add in the message field becomes part of your submission. Please include only information needed to explain your enquiry or application.
How we use it
We use your details to review your platform enquiry or application, assess a possible fit, respond to questions, and contact you about the request. We use the submission reference to help locate the record if you follow up.
Submitting a form does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list. The forms do not ask for permission to send unrelated promotional messages.
Where your submission goes
Submissions are stored privately for review. They are not published on this website. Access is limited to authorized staff handling enquiries, applications, and the operation of the site.
The website uses hosting, storage, and notification service providers. Submission details are sent to an internal staff notification channel so the team can respond. Failed notifications are stored privately for another delivery attempt. Do not use the form to send confidential information belonging to your customers, another employer, or another platform.
What not to send
These forms do not accept identity documents or payments. Do not put identity document numbers, bank details, card details, account passwords, or explicit material in your message. We do not need those details to review an initial enquiry or application.
If a later assignment requires additional information, the request and the appropriate way to provide it should be explained separately.
Questions, corrections, and deletion requests
You can ask about information you submitted, correct an error, or request its deletion through the contact form or by emailing hello@dirtymouth.com. Use the same email address as the original submission and include its reference number if you have it. Put the details of your request in the message field.
We may need to confirm that a request relates to your information before acting on it. Please do not send identity documents through the form for this purpose.
Adult applicants only
Chat work applications are for people aged 18 or older. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted an application, use the privacy contact option so we can review the submission.
