Dirtymouth provides staffing and day-to-day management for adult fantasy-chat platforms. Our work covers recruitment, character guidance, shift planning, and writing reviews, within the scope agreed with each client.
The platform remains responsible for its product, user accounts, customer billing, and policies. Our role is to prepare and manage the operators who write its fictional conversations.
We also accept applications from adults interested in this work. The role is remote and text-based. Applicants need to understand the subject matter and review the terms of an assignment before accepting it.

Be clear

Write down the expectations
A character brief should help a writer make decisions. A staffing plan should say when people are needed. An assignment should spell out the work, hours, and compensation.
Review the actual writing
Good feedback points to the problem: a missed detail, an inconsistent voice, or a reply that ignores the context. That gives the operator something specific to change.
Match commitments to the work
Coverage, staffing, and availability need to be discussed for each project. Applicants should know what is being offered, and clients should know what is included.
