Platform owners and applicants start in different places. Here is what each side provides, what we review, and what needs to be agreed before work begins.
FOR PLATFORM OWNERS
Staffing depends on the hours, languages, and work you need covered. We confirm what is practical before making a commitment.
Tell us about your platform, languages, coverage gaps, and current team. We review the enquiry and follow up to understand the work and whether it fits our service.
You provide: a platform summary, required hours, languages, and a contact.
We discuss staffing, responsibilities, writing standards, account access, and commercial terms. If we start with a pilot, we define its scope and what both sides will review.
We agree: the work, fees, coverage, responsibilities, and review points.
Your team supplies the character briefs and platform rules. We recruit or select suitable operators, work through the guidance, and confirm the schedule. You arrange the account access needed for the assignment.
You approve: character guidance and access. We prepare: operators and shifts.
Operators begin the agreed work. We review writing and discuss issues with your contact. Changes to staffing or coverage are agreed together. The pilot review determines whether to continue, adjust, or expand.
We review: writing quality, coverage, recurring issues, and the next assignment.
FOR CHATTERS
You do not need to send a long cover letter. A useful application tells us how you write, when you can work, and what experience you bring.
Check that you understand the adult text-chat work. Use the application form to share your writing language, experience, time zone, and availability. You must confirm you are at least 18.
You receive: an on-screen submission reference after the form is saved.
We compare your application with project needs. If there is a possible fit, we contact you using the email you supplied. We may ask for a writing assessment or more detail about your availability.
We assess: writing ability, languages, availability, and assignment requirements.
If a suitable assignment is available, we explain compensation, payment arrangements, hours, training requirements, and the expected work. Read those details and ask any questions before deciding.
You decide: whether the assignment and its terms work for you.
For an accepted assignment, you receive the relevant character guidance, platform rules, account instructions, and a contact for questions. Follow the agreed schedule and use review feedback to improve your work.
You work from: the agreed brief, shift plan, and writing standards.
BEFORE YOU SEND
A form submission starts a review. It is not a service agreement or a job offer. Timing depends on the request and available assignments. Keep your submission reference if you need to follow up.
